David If I were you I would go to the Nebraska State Historical Society. There are people there that can give suggestions to help you in your research. Please note if you had family and you know where they lived an if there were methodist the archieves for the methodist Church in Nebraska the ones that are closed are located in the basement of the Library at the Westlyan University in Lincoln do not confuse this campus with the campus of University of Nebraska at Lincoln. However be aware Do Not Go To The Historical Society In Lincoln On A Monday. It Is Closed Every Monday. It Is Also Closed On Sundays and All State and Federal Holidays!!!!!!! The Westlyan University Archieves for the Methodist Church are only Open 3 Days a Week. I am Sorry I cannot Help You On What Days They are Open. These are two of the most helpful sources that I have had to help me trace my family over the past 20 years. Good Luck! J. (Carlson) Olson
