Their is a Charles Instep age 25 listed on the Omaha, Douglas Co, Nebraska 1870 Census page 490 born at NY. He is listed as living with a group of men. The head of the household as best as I make out is Oliver Collins age 34 Foremen of a Livery. Then it has several men including Charles living at the same residnece.
