I've researched back to John Tucker on Hawtree Creek in the 1760's. I believe Warren Co. was Halifax Co. at this time. My path is; John (Hawtree Creek)> John (Warren Co.) > Eli born 1780 (Warren Co.)> Allen (Bute Co.,left N.C. to Ala) > John Sanford (Ala to MS) > Edward > Charles (grandfather) > MOM Would like to know if anyone ever linked these Tuckers to Virgina Tuckers
