The courthouse address is 114 E. Franklin St., Rockingham, NC 28379. The only entrance door to the courthouse is now the front door on Franklin St. But the post office will probably drop it off there anyway. The Register of Deeds is where you get birth, marriage, and death certificates. I don't know the cost. The direct line into their office is 910-997-8250.
