Ken, It's possible your Solomon was born a bit earlier than you indicate. My ancestor, William Husband(s) served as a substitute for Solomon Snead on an expedition to Charlston, SC during the Rev War. He along with other milita were captured but not held long. Marken Frazier Gerhardt
