ANY info on this person, will hopefully lead to info of my ggrandmother, CHARATA BROWN, mulatto, born 1833 NC! ALLEY BROWN, is listed as living in 1910 Grifton, Pitt, NC, and the Mother of JOHN S. BROWN. In the household are: JOHN S BROWN PRISCILLA " CHARLES " JOHN H " ALLEY, 72 " A BRAM " ALLEY " Hoping to hear from ANY descendants as I believe this is part of my WEEDEN,WHILDEN,WEELDON/BROWN line of SC, NC, VA, but fail to hear from ANYONE who acknowledges same?????
