Hi again Ross, glad to hear from you again. in-a-word, NOPE. I keep struggling to find something that will enhance and further my research. Then move on to another surname for awhile, then return again and again, only to find more branches and leaves but no ancestrial information. Lately I used my local library's subscription from at home to get into the Census and other data (that normally you have to pay for ) and found more interesting things, but alas really no progress. I am almost to the point where I believe that i will have to wait for the Rapture and meet the real folks in Heaven to find the answers... grin. It would be nice if some one would restart the old publication Ray Researchers; where everyone contributed their findings and everyone else got to read what everyone else had found. Since my line came from N.C. and had two branches both with a William, I have found 4 Williams in N.C.1800 Census One in Burke, one in Wake and two in Orange. Another Wm Rea in Bertie and yet one more in Hertford. To make this work, Wm's son would have to be named James. Everybody seems to have a son James. Grrrrr. Best - luck to you write anytime. Bye
