Do you know anything about the William Parton who married Charlotte Underhill in 1810? I have a hunch that he could be the William Parton in my line who came to Tennessee and settled in the Warren/Cannon County area. Many similar names to those in Orange County, plus I believe a son of William's named his daughter Charlotte. Perhaps all a coincidence, but a trail I'm trying to pursue.
