I copied only one page of this will.

In the name of God Amen.
I BENJAMIN WILLIAMS of Nash County being of sound and perfect ;mind and memory blessed be God do this 15th day of June 1818 make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say first I give and bequeath to my daughter SARAH WILLIAMS, one negro girl by the name of FANEY and one horse or fortey five dollars in money and three cows and calves and one feather bed and furniture, six plates and two basons and one dish.

Item: I then give to my son LAWRENCE WILLIAMS, one negro boy by the name of CUL, three cows and calves one bed and furniture, six plates, two basons, one dish.

Item: Then I give and bequeath to my son BENJAMIN WILLIAMS, one negro boy by the name of ISAAC and three cows and calves and one feather bed and furniture, six plates, two basons, one dish.

Item: Then I give and bequeath to my daughter CHARITY ALFORD, one negro girl by the name of ADAR, and one horse or forety five dollars and one saddle and three cows and calves, one bed and furniture, six plates, two basons, one dish.

Item: I give and bequeath to my son THOMAS WILLIAMS, one negro woman ROSE, TEMPEY, MOSE, JOSEPH and ABRAHAM, five of them, one horse or forty five dollars, one bed and furniture, three cows and calves, one saddle, six plates, two basons, one dish and all my land on the north side of Tar River. He is not to have the land until his mothers Charity Williams death, then the land is his.

Item: Then I give and bequeath to my son LUNFORD WILLIAMS, one negro boy SESER (?) and one horse or forty five dollars and three cows and calves
