In the Name of God Amen. I WILLIAM VESTER of the county of Nash and State of North Carolina being in a low state of health but of sound mind do make and establish this to be my last will in the manner and form following. Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter DINAH ETHRIDGE, one bed and furniture. Item: I give and bequeath to my son JOSEPH all the rest and residue of my estate of all kinds whatsoever both real and personal after the payment of my debts. Item: My will is if my son dies before he hath an heir or arrives to the years of twenty one that in that case the property that I have given him shall be equally divided between my son WILLIAM VESTERS heirs and CORNELIAS BRUCES heirs. Item: I constitute and appoint GEORGE BODDIE exr. of this my last will. I pronounce this to be my last will and no other in the presents of us, January 12th, day 1804.
