Thank you so much for your response. I am not sure when you are traveling to Davie County, North Carolina, but when you do you may want to visit Byerlys Chapel cemetery. That is where Mary Inis BUTLER Willson, Dewitt Clinton WILLSON, and Nancy Caroline HALL Willson are buried
Strangely, Mary Inis, his second wife was the first to die, then D.C. passed away, and finally his wife from his first marriage. All three are buried next to each other with D.C. in the middle. I have not found out exactly what the relationship was between these three. D.C. and his first wife apparently divorced. There is a 28 year difference in age between Mary Inis and D.C. He had children from his first marriage that were older than Mary Inis. It must have been an interesting situation. I am hoping as I make contact with the Willson family, I will be able to gain a better understanding of the family dynamics here.
You may find some other relatives at this same resting place.
Also, I know a number of other descendants are buried at the Jericho Church of Christ cememtery. Mary Inis's brother, William Lucius Butler, was a minister in the Church of Christ. He established the Jericho Church of Christ on 24 July 1872 while conducting a mission trip on a visit back home in Davie County. He had traveled from Kentucky.
I have visited these cemeteries several years ago, but did not have all the colateral line information I do now. Therefore, I am sure their are many others buried in these two places that I should of made note of, but did not know they were relatives when I visited there.
Good luck with your research while you are there!
