While not descended from Harrison J. Walker, I can supply you with some info about him. He was married to my great-grandaunt Sarah Ann Chaffin, dau of William Owen Chaffin and Temperance Hendricks. Sarah, as you say, was buried at Salem Church.
The connection between Sarah and William B. Wilson seems to be a rather odd one. Her mother Temperance Hendricks died in 1833 after which William Owen Chaffin married Mehitable Wilson, dau of W. B. Wilson. Mehitable thus became the step-mother of 4 year old Sarah and W.B. Wilson her "step-grandfather." Mehitable herself died in 1837 and William married a third time to Lydia V. Dailey in 1842.
Sarah Ann Chaffin married Harrison J. Walker in May 1847. It is not evident to me why 18 year old Sarah Walker's name would have been invoked in an 1848 land transfer between Wilson and Arthur Neely. Or am I misunderstanding the nature of the document you described? Do you have its precise wording?
If you will contact me directly, I can supply sources for the foregoing info.
