I am looking for information on Pinkney Duncan b 1850 to William and Lucinda Duncan of Columbus CO, NC.
He married Rena Sellers daughter of Kitsy Cartrette Sellers on Nov 1, 1871. Pinkney is found in the 1850 census

1870 census he is living with
Home in 1870:        Williams, Columbus, North Carolina
Post Office:        Whiteville
Household Members:
Name        Age
Edward Williams        57
Nancy Williams        57
Francis Williams        23
Martha Cartrett        18
Pinkney Duncan        20

William and Lucinda are living with William's brother Daniel Duncan

Pg.246, #112-112, DUNCAN, Daniel 36 NC farmer $0-$110

Ardell (m) 1 NC at home
William 54 NC no occupation **
Lucinda 40 NC no occupation **

He never seems to be in the census with Rena, his wife, and she is often listed under Cartrett. In the 1900 census she says she is widowed.
He is often confused with Owen and Catherine's Pinkney who married Sirena Duncan and then Jane Long.
I believe Owen, William and Daniel are the children of Jonathan and Kezia Duncan.

Pg.268, #702, Jonathan DUNCAN 54 NC "turner" b 1796
Kezia (f) 54 NC
Daniel 18, **
Charles 3 NC

Can anyone give me more information on Pinkney, William and Lucinda, and Jonathan Duncan?
Thank You.
