my search is for an Elizabeth WIGGINS of Brunswick,
This leads to TWO Elizabeths. The name is in the census index for Brunswick from 1820 to 1860.
The lady in 1850/60 is 31 & 44. TOO young for the earlier census.
My Charles M (Monroe??) was b/(as per census) Brunswick about 1809.((Brunswick, Columbus Co., NC OR Brunswick Co.NC?
m/MISS Johnson of Black River, SC. (I find a one Charles and he is in Williamsburg in 1840 census.
As per WW. Sellers' book, "Hx of Marion Co., SC), Charles and Miss Johnson had three sons, Charler Wesley b/1833, William Henry/Henry William b/1836, & John M b/1837.
Miss Johnson/Wiggins must have died after 1837,because by the 1850 census (and per Sellers) he was with Molly/Malsey BRITT/WIGGINS b/NC, three Wiggins boys, and a Edmund McQueen Britt. (possibly brother?)
Between 1850 and 1880, this family crossed the state line occasionally.
In 1880, Charles, Malsey, and nephew John W. are in Robeson Co., NC
Any assistance appreciated
