Myron Lee Shinn was the son-in-law of Charles Holmes Thayer and is buried in the Carolina Memorial Park in Concord. He died of wounds in Normandy on 6/15/1944 and was a S/Sgt in the 82nd Airborne, The 325th Glider Infantry Regiment. He was buried by Charles Holmes Thayer, who listed him as a son-in-law. His wife may have been Hazel Thayer. I am trying to locate any information about his family and parents.
