Could anyone pinpoint the following land grant description?

#902 (045). Charles Dement 169 ac; warrant #139 issued Nov. 11, 1771 by Gov. Josiah Martin to Charles Dement for 200 ac on a branch of Little Shallot (Cr), above John Daniel's line, known as Oxpen Br (on back) returned to Jan. 1773 Court (signed) Wm Palmer; 169 ac surveyed Jul. 27, 1772 by Jams. Craven; Job Holden & John Dement, chain carriers; land on a branch of Little Shallot (Cr), near John Daniel's line & Richard Quince, known as "OxPen" Br, begins at a pine "a little" above Cutting Grass (Swamp), & joins a bay (on back)
