The Walters Family Reunion will be held Saturday, May 3 at Lumber River State Park, near Barnesville, NC from 10 am til 4 pm. Just follow signs. Please bring a covered dish and come enjoy a time of good food and fellowship with freinds and relatives. William Walters was born in Dobbs County NC about 1745 and died in Robeson County, NC in 1840. He moved his family of 7 sons and 4 daughters to Robeson County in 1795 and settled near the Lumber River at Barnesville, NC.
