Each of my grandmothers was a Waters from Beaufort County, NC. My paternal grandmother, Rosa Fariss Waters was daughter of Charles Taylor Waters and his wife, Deborah Caroline (or Carolina) Waters (aha, her maiden name was Waters, also). She married Samuel Redmond Dupree in Pinetown in June, 1904. My maternal grandmother was Ella Jane Waters but I do not know who her parents were except that they lived in Pinetown. She married Steward Walker Morris and they lived between Pinetown and Plymouth, N C. Do you have any info about either of these lines? I think they are really inter-related. Thanks.
