Melissa: No, I did not purchase the book. There is a copy at the NY Public Library. A fellow researcher read it for me there. He found several pages had been cut out. There is another copy at Bucknell Univ Library. By letter, I explained the problem to the librarian. She had the missing pages digitized and sent to me. I doubt she would do the whole book. Google Books says there are also copies at Wisconsin Historical Society and New England Genealogical and Historical Society. Hope this will aid your search. Rosi
