Hatley - Mary Jean Jackson Cagle, 71, died Monday, June 11, 2012, at her residence in Hatley. She was born Oct. 4, 1940, to Hollis Jackson and Icie Belle Jackson in Monroe County. She was a lifelong resident of Monroe County. She retired as a seamstress at Sharp Garment.
A graveside service were June 13 at Hatley Cemetery with Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen in charge of the services.
Survivors included her husband, Harold Gene Cagle of Hatley; one daughter, Wanda Gay Guin (Neal) of Hatley; two sons, Lynn Cagle (Lisa) of Hamilton and Richard Cagle (Melinda) of Hatley; three sisters, Margaret Harris (Roger) of Becker, Bessie Armstrong of Smithville and Nellie Ruth Arrick of West Point; two brothers, Claude Jackson (Nancy) and John Jackson, all of Smithville; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Sally Jackson; two brothers, Frank Jackson and Harold Ray Jackson.
