Jon, Yes, I am related to John F. Bennett. John and his wife Matilda had a daughter Sarah Lavonia Bennett who married Joseph Joshua Bennett in Madison/Leake Co. MS in 1863. I have a copy of their bond and marriage lic. I have also traced where J.J. and Sarah raised their children and were buried in the Pole Pen Cem. Up near or in Attalla co.MS My ggrandfather William Oscar was one of his youngest children. Could you please share what information you might have on the Bennetts and even the Williams?
