I am working on the McBride side of the family again. On the 1870 Census, Which I never was able to find as they had a space after Mc. Giles and his second wife Margaret have living in their household 2 boys Edwin 12 and Joseph 9 the last name is of course not clear but I believe that it is Butler, which would make them from her first marriage. When I went back to the 1860 census found the following Thomas Butler age 24 with a wife Margaret 19 and 2 sons, Edwin 4 and Joseph 9. In checking the message board I found your post. Will you share with me where you found Margaret maiden name of Francis. Thank you for any help you can give me.
