I am looking for a man by the name Joe Moreno, not knowing if the spelling is even right. He was of Mexican descent and lived in a trailer court not far from Seattle. Today he would be appoximately 55-63 yrs. He would go to a youth center called South Park in seattle. Back then he was married and had i believe three young daughters. He met a women by the name of Rita Brisk from Wisconsin. Today i am 35 years old almost 36. This man my mom said is my father. Any info contact me. I really need to find Joe Moreno.
