I am looking desperately for any information on a women name Opal Lee Moore. All I have is a birth certifcate of a child she birthed. It list her name as Opal Lee Moore, she was 18 , no father listed on BC, also a resident of Deridder,La for 10 yrs and she was a waitress. If theres anyone out there with this information please contact me.
