I am looking for information on the parents of Neal Monroe (not Neill or another apelling). Neal was born 1793 in North Carolina and died 1873 in Newton, Mississippi.He was married to Mary A. Dixon and had 4 children: John Dixon, Julia A., Elizabeth, and William B.
