Here's a real mystery!
I am looking a daughter of James Paul Warren. Her name is Nita Jean. Here's the information I have.
James was married four times that we know of. In his life there were two different women with the first name of Pauline. The first was Pauline Williams. He may or may not have been married to her. The second Pauline we know by talking to her that she was married to James, but divorced within a year and had no children with him.
Pauline Williams was named as a witness in his divorce from his first wife. After the divorce from his first wife, James went to see his children. With him was a very pregnant woman. I believe this woman is the mother of Nita Jean. I also believe Pauline Williams may have been this woman.
I have been able to find all of James' children, with the exception of Nita Jean. James' divorce from his first wife was finalized in 1948. Which would have Nita Jean's year of birth being 1949/1950. These years fall between the children by his first wife and the one child by his third wife.
There are three possible states that Nita Jean could have been born in. Missouri, Arkansas and Michigan. James at one time or other lived in all three.
I have been unable to find birth records in any of these states for her. Michigan does not release records of birth for someone who is living. There is also the chance she was adopted if Pauline ever married, so records may be hard to find in any case.
Any help would be greatly appreciated in finding her.
