I'm not related - Looks like George's widow Josephine remarried. 12/17/1891 Kansas City, Wyandotte, KS Josephine Cockrell b. 1859 of Jefferson, KS md T. W. (Theodore) Moyer They are in Delaware, Wyandotte, KS in 1900 with step dau Lura H. Cockrell b. Jul 1882 living with them.
