My grandparents were Jamisons who had a farm on what is now Scout Camp Road in Irondale. If you're not aware of it, relatives tell me that there is a family cemetary just outside of town on the road to Potosi. If you're in Irondale, you go back out from town past the old school onto the main road (might be M, but at this hour my mind is fuzzy). You turn right, go across the railroad tracks, and immediately turn right again onto the road that goes to Potosi. Within a mile or so there's a horse farm on the right with a big sign about a horse for stud. From what I was told just last weekend, the fellow who owns that farm owns land across the street as well, and there's a Jamison cemetary way back on the tract across the street. He told one of my cousins that our great-grandparents are back there, but because of the snakes it's probably better visited in the winter.
I was out there last week and went past this farm something like four times, but found out about the cemetary after the fact and was not able to check it out.
I'm going to try to track the landowner down this week, and I'd like to get back out there within a couple of months to follow up.
Hope this helps...
