Hi. It's been awhile since you posted this and I hope since 2009 you have made some headway. I just found your post tonight and wanted to tell you what I have. The Elizabeth Scaggs that married Henry Issac Stevens was the daughter of William Scaggs and Nancy Harrington. Elizabeth was the older sister to my gr.grandfather Alfred Scaggs. I am in AZ until the end of April, but back home in WI I have the Stevens/Scaggs family information, which I rec'd from one of Henry and Elizabeth's gr. granddaughters.
