Alexander Hale was born 1820-1825 in Tennessee. He moved to the Sparta, Christian County, Missouri area in the 1830s with his family. He married a woman named Louisa. Alexander is buried in Abundance Cemetery in Sparta, MO., along with his first wife, son, and other relatives. There are no dates on his tombstone. Recently, I found an article in an old copy of the "Christian County Republican". The article mentioned that Alexander passed away on Tuesday night, January 28, 1896, near Sparta at his house. Alexander's father was Reuben Hale, who moved to California and died in 1873. If you know anything about this man and his family, please contact me. Thanks brian in springfield missouri
