I just recieved information about my Pulaski Jane (Nash) Brown. Her father is listed on her death certificate as William Nash with mother unknown. She was born 1873 in Christian County, Mo (according to her death certificate.)
There was a William Nash possibly married to Mary Jane Simmons (marriage 1856 Dent County, MO) and living in Christian County. They have a child named Enoch which makes sense if Mary is the daughter of Enoch Simmons. Pulaski Simmons would have been Mary's sister, so could have named daughter after sister. 1880 shows William married to Nancy. Pretty sure its the same family, so Mary must have died and he remarried. Nancy has different place of birth, etc, so probably a different person. They are not on the 1900 census in that county. Children of William and Mary (and/or Nancy): James Nash (b 1858), Sarah Nash (b 1860), Henry Nash (b 1863), Enoch Nash (b 1865), John S. Nash (b 1867), Mary Nash (b 1869), and Ida Nash (b 1876). Also possibly: Emma (b between 1866 and 1876), W.H. (girl? born between 1866 and 1876), and S.M. (girl born between 1866 and 1876).

Trying to figure if Pulaski Jane Nash fits in that family. She was on 1880 census with her uncle George Nash in same county. Not on 1876 Ag. Census for that county.
