I ordered & received Sam's death certificate. It was rather disappointing, as you'll notice. No parents listed.
On the other hand, I'm delighted that you read my post, because I have virtually no information on Sam's daughter Martha. I know she married William Wess (or West), 16 Jun 1878, Barry Co., MO & that they had Albert, Andrew, Gentrel & Norah. . .but that's it. Please contact me at MLSopp@ix.netcom.com and we can exchange additional information.
I have a photo of Samuel Jefferson Sprinkles at my FTM site. And I have some photos of his descendants as well. Go to http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/s/o/p/Margaret-L-Sopp/
and then type "Jefferson" into your browser's search engine and that will take you to the photos on Sam & his descendants. But, it doesn't look as if I have one of your Martha :-(
