I don't see any obvious hits on the Emibas CD, an index made from registrations in the Swedish parish to go to a foreign country. Emibas is about 75% complete.
Henderson is not a Swedish name. Perhaps it was Henriksson or something like that.
If his father was Johannes, then his patronymic last name would have been Johannesson, which literally means son of Johannes.
Read this interesting and informative article written by Ingela Martenius. It tells about the naming customs in Sweden. You must understand those customs or you will end up researching the wrong lines.
Records were kept in the Swedish parish so it is important to find the parish name. Many of us have done that by using the archive called the Swenson Swedish Immigration Research Center.
