U.S., World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918 about Frank Ninian Olson

The card says he is single, born March 30, 1888, Narvik, Norway
he was a pile ditcher, working for himself in Sacred Heart, Minnesota
He was tall, medium build, dark blue eyes, black hair

Dated june 5, 1918

Frank, age 32, single, works at ditching, born Norway, parents born Norway, immigrated 1902 (looks like that, but could be 1903-1905-1906 - not sure)

There is also a passport application for him, dated Nov. 17, 1919

It says
State of North Dakota
County of Burleigh
I, Frank Olson, a naturalized and loyal citizen of the United States, hereby apply to the Department of State, at Washington, for a passport

It says he was born Narvek, Norway, March 30 1888
It says he emigrated to the USA June 17, 1907, sailing from Narvek, Norway and resided 12 years in the USA from 1907 to 1919 at Sacred heart, Minnesota and Driscoll, North Dakota
That he was naturalizes as a citizen before the District Court of Renville County at Olivia, Minnesota Nov. 15, 1916.
His permanent residence is Driscoll, North Dakota where he is a farmer.
He has never had a passport before.
He wants to go abroad and return to USA in about 4 months. He wants to go to Norway to visit his sick mother
He plans to sail from New York on board the "Frederick the 8th" on Dec. 17, 1919

He was age 31 years, 6 foot 4 inches tall, broad forehead, blue eyes, prominent nose, wide mouth, round chin, dark brown hair, light complexion, oval face
He had a scar on his left leg

since he had arrived in 1907 he should be in the 1910 census so I took another look but cannot find him

I also cannot find him after 1920 census - I looked to see if I could find a marriage for him, but no luck there either.
