You need to include dates, or approximate dates, for those named in your queries. You say Melvin died 1996 and it was good you gave his age at death, and we could back up to his approximate birth date. SSDI, is this your Melvin?: Mizell, Melvin, b 3 May 1926; d 12 Jan 1996; last residence Lucedalle, George Co, MS; SS card issued in MS. Now, if that is your Melvin, then is this him on 1920 census Wayne Co, MS? Mizell, William M., 29, sgle, b MS, MS, MS 1900 census Wayne Co, MS: Mizell, Elijah, h, (88 or 58 ?), md 18 yrs, b MS, MS, MS " Luara, 40, b AL, AL, AL [a researcher has her as Sarah] " David, s, 16, b MS " Mike, s, 12, b MS [William Michael ?] " Charley, s, 9, b MS " Ellen, d, 6, b MS " Sarah A., d, b Feb 1899, ?/12, b MS " Robert, s, 3, b MS [month and year of birth blank for all except little Sarah] Elijah owns his farm free and clear.
