I am searching for information on my estranged grandfather, Charles Wesley Miranda. I know he was living in New York in the 1920's. He married Florence Middleton of Brooklyn, NY. After she died he left my father with her relatives. I can not find out information on him but my father believes he was in the military at some point. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could track a missing person? A previous posting on the web from 1997 asks questions regarding a Charles Miranda with a birthday of February 2, 1903. I could not find a similar date in the SSDI. The link to that posting was no longer active. Maybe this will ring a bell with someone. I don't expect him to be alive today. Thanks laura
