Noel SCHMIDT was born in the mid 1950's in the Detroit, Michigan area to Adele and Norvin Schmidt. He has a sister named Dondee. They were adopted by Adele's new husband, so his last name is no longer Schmidt and hasn't been for at least 40 years. I am Norvins first born, and would like to connect with my half brother.
