It is true that the patient dying at the State Hospital, the death certificate will be on file at the Kalamazoo County Clerk's Office. However, if the patient was from another part of the State and who handled the body? (should be on the DC) If you are seeking records, request at the Hospital or else The Health Dep't for the Sata of Michigan in Lansing, MI.
