Hi there, I am working on this line too. My husband is a descant of John Simpson Jr. I have more information on John and his brothers. Aslo we have too cousins on here too (you are a distant cousin to my husband but it's the information that counts I think). John Simpson Jr. lived in Fort Scott, Kansas after he passed away. I have a census with him and his famiy on it. Joseph R. Simpson his son moved to Missouri and lived in Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri and passed away there. I have land grants on the three brothers and a census from Michigan that has Thomas on it. It looks like John Simpson Jr. is the only one of the three brothers that left Michigan. If you would like to email be back for more information on this line please do. I know that John Simpson Sr. did serve in the Rev. War.
