Noticed you were looking for family. Vargas was the last name, it Tecate Mexico. I am also looking for people with the same last name from Tecate. You see I have a very close friend that asked for me to help her. She was and her twin and her two older sisters were placed in a orphanage in Tecate back in 1973. Here are the names. Maria Isella Lopez Vargas, Maria Isabell Lopez Vargas, Estela Lopez Vargas and Anita Lopez Vargas. If you know anything of any of the names I just said, PLEASE let me know.
