Christina, I first started compiling a history for my children, and my brothers' children. I started by asking my father and then my aunts and uncles. From their information I was able to reach out to second cousins and it just started to grow. I am by no means finished. Every time I speak with another relative, the family grows much larger. I have been posting the information I have found online at www.mikemendez.org/family.htm There is a lot of information that is general to ALL Mendez, which you may find interesting.
