"The Genealogy of the Mell Family in the Southern States" by Dr. and Mrs P.H. Mell gives a very good account of the Mells in Liberty Co. Georgia. The book was written in 1897. I have a Xerox copy. It is 61 pages and would make a copy and send to you. William Mell was a forth Generation of of Thomas Mell that came from Barbados.
