Yes, the Babb's are very well documented in the book Babb Families of America, which I have a copy of. The author is Jean Sargeant and I have corresponded with her recently regarding the information and making some corrections to her information on my mother's family. An excellent book. Sarah Gould. Issue: Mary F., George W., albert A., Solomon B. William Jr. b. abt 1765 and d. aft 1833, m. Elizabeth Wescott; issue: William, Sarah, Capt. Solomon, Jr., Nelson, June, Emily and Andrew. William Sr. son of James and Hannah b. 1742, m. Elizabeth Conant (dau of Samuel and Mary Peabody Conant); issue: Wlizabeth, William, Lucy, Solomon, John, George, Alexander, Henry and Daniel. James Babb son of Peter and Sarah Cate Babb, b. abt 1704, d. 1748, m. Hannah ?: issue James, Peter, William, Daniel and Hannah. Peter Babb, son of Phillip and Mary, b. 29 Sep 1671 and d. 1671; m. Sarah Cate, dau of James and Alice Cate; issue: Philip, Priscilla, James, John, Isaiah, Sarah, and Mary. Phillip and Mary the immigrants.
