Thomas Norris and his wife, Ann, were "transported" between Kent Island, then Talbot County, now Queen Anne's County, and St Mary's City, St Mary's County, apparently fairly frequently. Thomas and his brother-in-law, Daniel Glover, held land in "Talbot County" (on the Chester River), and in Nansemond, VA. His eldest son and heir-at-law, Thomas, a bricklayer, completed a sale of land in 1675, Thomas the elder having died. Ann died prior to 1668, as no mention is made of her dower right in a document of that time. Edward, the second son, moved to VA; did Thomas (son) remain in Maryland?
