Thos McVea registered Thomas McVea 01 Oct 1814. Down Killinchy Ireland, also reg.William 14 Sept. 1816. Also a William McVea (brother to Thos)reg a Thomas on the 8th Nov.1815. Now Thomas McVey,( we dont know which one) married Jane Ramsay of Ballymena and had 3 ch. Henry b.21-07-1836. Richard b.1839 Mary around 1840.In Down Dromore Parish. Richard now McVeigh my g/grandfather and his sister Mary came to NZ in 1865 with her 2 children Lucy & William (aged 3mths) Carleton. Has anyone any connection to this family please. |
