Dear Beverly and/or Charles: I would love to correspond with you. I've been working on my 90-yr. old mother-in-laws side for a LONG time. She was Martha Christine Smith. She married William Leroy Boston whose mother was Mary Frances McMackin whose father was David McMackin whose father was Andrew McMackin. My mother-in-law corresponded with several people years ago and I have copied their writings to her. Andrew McMackin B 23 Dec 1787 in Cabarrus County, NC we believe. Would love to have his death date, place, etc. He married abt 1809 to Nancy Rogers B abt 1793 in North Carolina. Andrew's father: James McMackin B 26 Sep 1747 in Rowan County, NC. Would love to have his death date, place, etc. He married Barbara Myers on 31 Aug 1769 in Salisbury, Rowan County, NC. James' father: James McMackin who mard. abt 1836 somewhere in Pennsylvania to a Susanna. This is all I know. I do have children for these families. Please write back if you would like to correspond.
