Obit dated 1 Jul 2007 available www.Idahostatesman.com. Bill was preceded by his parents, Otis Paul and Emma Arlene (Kiddoo) McKinley, by a sister Joyce and by an infant daughter, Martha; survivors include his wife, Helen Clarrissa Vance and 3 children, sisters Arlene Olvey, Maxine Shively and Betty Jo Seedorf. I am no relation to this family.
