Linda Hi I don't think this is the same my father Jack Clifford Mckee changed name to Savage in 1938 when his father Clifford Tensley died possibly in Texas Charles [middle Initial] M McKee was born on June 15 1856 in Jasper County MO. Died March 29 1892 in Scammon KS I have a photo of Charles's tombstone in Lone Elm cemetery Colombus KS Cherokee County... Wife Ella Miller-McKee-Pheifer Born on Feb 1862 in Illinois died Oct 1 1941 in Pratt KS she had 6 sons five lived William Sylvanis July 19 1980 died April 5 1924 buried near his mother in Pratt KS found them through 'Find a Grave' THe other sons My Grandfather Clifford Tensley in Scammon on Sept 29 1882- 1938 a third Ross Charles McKee I have nothing on him beyond Nov 29 1884...a fourth son Frank McKee born March 1886 also in Scammon a fifth Jesse was still born in Hope Arkansas Aug 20 1888 the fifth is theonly one I met I was 12 was George Thomas born Dec 4 1890 Hunnington Arkansas lived near Pratt many years died Jan. 30, 1982 Burial: Marquette Cemetery Marquette McPherson County Kansas, USA Plot: Lot 322 Row 3 Space 1 George had two daughters one lived in OK. got in the truck one Sunday AM to get the paper and never came back the Other Joyce Tatro lived in Admire ks I met her in '84 we talked briefly she was ill and died a few years laterunsure where not in Admire, My dad died in '87 my grandmother lived till '91 but would never talk of Clifford T refused actually I have a foto of Clifford circa 1922 and George T in 1960s Funny I have traced the rest of the family back to 17th and 18th century all but Charles McKee and Ella Miller they are a Dead end..
