The fartherest back that my father has is a James, John or Charles Macbeth born circa 1804 in Garliestown, Scotland d. aft 1860 Charleston, SC He married ____ Roberts. b. circa 1800 children Sarah b. bef.1822 Charleston, SC and James Francis or Charles b. circa 1836 Georgetown or Summerville, SC d. 1912 Savannah, Ga. He married Nancy Palmer and they had William I. Macbeth b. 1859 Augusta, Ga d. 1923 Savannah, Ga. His children were born in Augusta, Ga from his first wife. There is more if you are interested.
