This is not my family but it is possilbe that this was Charles Milford Matheny and wife Hazel Fern Spahr. They are in Alexandria VA in 1920. He was born in Nebraska and is the son of Charles F Matheny and Millie. Charles F was born in Kansas and is the son of James F Matheny and Julia Kremer.
